- Financial Data: Payment transaction details. Note: We do not store raw credit/debit card numbers or net banking credentials. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant secure payment aggregators.

B. For Third-Party Vendors
- Business Registration Details: Legal business name, entity type (Proprietorship, LLP, or Company), and Certificate of Incorporation/Partnership Deed.
- Identity & Tax Verification: Permanent Account Number (PAN), Goods and Services Tax Identification Number (GSTIN), Aadhaar, or Udyam (MSME) certificates.

- Between Customers and Vendors: When you purchase an artisan item, the independent vendor receives your name, shipping address, phone number, and personalization requests strictly to prepare, pack, and arrange logistics for the item. Vendors are contractually barred from using this data for independent marketing.
- With Third-Party Service Providers: We share necessary details with trusted logistics/delivery partners (e.g., to handle high-speed deliveries) and payment aggregators to securely execute financial settlements.
- Business Transfers: If Trugift undergoes an organizational restructuring, merger, or acquisition, personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
- Legal & Statutory Compliance: We may disclose information if legally required to do so by government bodies, tax authorities (such as under the MSMED Act or GST laws), or law enforcement agencies.
